Breeze 5-18 sits right on the Punta Mita shoreline, at the heart of Banderas Bay, where the best of the Riviera Nayarit is minutes away. Burros, one of the area’s best-known surf breaks, is steps from the villa, and La Lancha is just five minutes along the coast. The marina at La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is ten minutes away. Fifteen minutes west, the gated community of Punta Mita opens onto the Four Seasons and the St. Regis, and golfers have the Higuera and Flamingos courses within twenty minutes. Heading north along the coast, the surf towns of Sayulita and San Pancho are thirty and forty minutes away, and Puerto Vallarta International Airport is a thirty-minute drive. Everything you would want from the bay is close, and you come home to the same quiet stretch of beach.
